How do I Check In/Check Out?
One week before your arrival, you will be sent a keyless entry code. This code will be uniquely yours and operational between 4pm on your check-in date and 10am on your check-out date.
What are the check in times?
To allow for a thorough cleaning between guests, the check-in time is 4pm. And the check-out time is 10am. These times are firm during high season. However, you can always request to be notified if housekeeping is complete ahead of schedule.
Can we request early entry?
Absolutely? We will let you know if it’s available.
Are Linens provided?
We don’t provide linens. All our beds have bedspreads and pillows. To save time and laundry, contact Sweet Dreams Linen Service at www.sweetdreamslinen.comand request the “All’s Well” package. They are local, reliable, and convenient, offering drop-off and pick-up services. Be sure to contact them before your visit.
If you are bringing linens, you will need sheet sets for 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 Twin, and 1 Full. If you plan to use the sleeper sofas, you will need two extra Queen sets. You will also need towels, washcloths, and hand towels for the bathrooms and kitchen.
When is trash pickup?
Memorial Day to Labor Day:
Wednesdays: Trash and recycle (unbagged) are picked up. Please roll the bins to the end of the driveway on Tuesday evening.
Saturday: Trash only. Please roll the bin(s) to the end of the driveway on Friday evening.
Labor Day to Memorial Day: Trash only is picked up on Wednesday. Please roll the bin(s) to the end of the driveway on Tuesday evening.
Can we bring our pet?
While we agree that your fur-baby is perfect, because of wear and tear we do not currently allow pets.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the house. If you must smoke or vape, please do it away from All’s Well entirely. Smoking trash found on the property will incur an additional cleaning fee.
