Porch Chairs and Pergola:
The Adirondack chairs are for you to enjoy on the porch and should not be taken down to the beach.
The pergola is to provide shade and comfort. Please do not climb or swing on it.
No Smoking: This is a non-smoking house! If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly. Do not throw cigarette butts or any other trash in the yard, on the dunes or on the beach. Failing to dispose of items properly may result in a fine from the town and an extra clean-up fee from us.
Stay off the dunes: Our dunes are fragile and they are our only protection from the ocean. Please don’t walk, sit or play on them.
